On May 12, 2025, Diesel Song Cong Company Limited (DISOCO) hosted a delegation of 306 students and 16 lecturers from the Trade Union University to visit and experience the Company. This is an activity within the cooperation program between DISOCO and secondary schools, colleges and universities across the country, aiming to create conditions for students to access modern industrial production environments and apply specialized knowledge into practice.

During the visit, the students were given an overview of the history of formation, development and outstanding achievements of DISOCO in the field of casting, forging and mechanical processing by the company representative. The students were particularly impressed with the modern production line, strict quality control system and professional operating procedures of the team of engineers and skilled workers. After the introduction, the students were able to directly visit the production workshops under the enthusiastic guidance of technical staff. They not only observed the production process but also had their questions about techniques, technology, as well as career opportunities in the mechanical and dynamic industry answered.

Speaking at the meeting, the school representative expressed sincere thanks to the Board of Directors and all staff of DISOCO Company for creating conditions for students to have useful learning opportunities and career inspiration. This is an opportunity for students to consolidate their professional knowledge, broaden their vision and have more motivation to study and practice to meet the requirements of the labor market after graduation.
