DISOCO is capable of meeting the requirements for manufacturing forging blanks for various types of products, with diverse designs and types. Forging technology has 3 production lines:

– Forging technology on pressing machines: 1600 tons, 1000 tons, 400 tons…. Specializing in manufacturing all kinds of forged products such as crankshafts, motorcycle steering forks; connecting rods, camshafts for diesel engines; other forged products weighing up to 4.0kg/product…

– Forging technology on hydraulic hammers: 63KJ, 80KJ. Specializing in manufacturing crankshafts, connecting rods, gears… for diesel engines; other forged products weighing up to 25kg/product…

Applying new technology to product manufacturing, using specialized design software, thereby calculating the design and manufacturing of molds as well as product profiles in the most suitable way, reducing the mass of blanks as well as errors in the stamping process.

DISOCO is capable of meeting heat treatment requirements such as annealing, normalizing, quenching, frequency quenching, tempering, carburizing… according to the diverse needs of customers. Production capacity up to 4,000 tons/year.
DISOCO owns a quenching furnace system that meets high requirements for the depth of the impregnation layer and surface hardness.
In addition, the medium/high frequency quenching furnace system is invested to meet the frequency quenching of the tooth area, hub, shaft neck… according to the technical requirements of the product.
Surface treatment – surface coating is currently being performed by DISOCO in a closed chain from the pre-painting surface treatment, coating, drying to ensure high quality.
