On the morning of April 23, 2025, Song Cong Diesel One Member Co., Ltd. held conferences to implement the trust process for the positions of Board of Members and Deputy Director of the Company.

Attending the program, on the side of the Board of Members, there were Mr. Hoang Van Thanh – Chairman of the Board of Members and members of the Board of Directors; On the side of the Board of Supervisors, there was Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Thai – Head of the Board of Supervisors and members, the Executive Board had Mr. Nguyen Duc Tuan – Director of the Company, members of the Executive Board; Standing Committee of the Party Committee; Chairman of the Trade Union; Secretary of the Youth Union; Heads, Deputy Heads of units and equivalent.

At the conference, delegates exchanged and discussed the appointment requirements, conditions and standards for the appointment position; approved the list of recommended personnel; summarized the resume, education and work process; commented and evaluated the strengths, weaknesses and development prospects of the candidates; recommended personnel presented the expected work program if appointed; Conference attendees commented and evaluated the personnel and gave their opinions on the expected work program; conducted a secret ballot to collect opinions on the expected personnel to be appointed.

The Board of Members chaired the Conferences and carried out the steps to gain trust and introduce personnel for the position of Member of the Board of Members for Mr. Nguyen Duc Tuan – Director of the Company and the steps to gain trust and introduce personnel for the position of Deputy Director for Mr. Pham Ngoc Son – Head of Production Manager and Assistant to the Director: Step 1: 1st collective leadership conference; Step 2: Expanded collective leadership conference; Step 3: 2nd collective leadership conference; Step 4: Key staff conference.

The conference conducted a vote of confidence.
