On February 21, 2025, Diesel Song Cong One Member Co., Ltd. (DISOCO) held the 2025 Labor Delegation Conference with the participation of 120 official delegates and 20 invited delegates representing the will, belief, aspirations and solidarity of more than 800 DISOCO officers, employees and workers. The conference was organized to promote the direct democracy of workers; promote the creativity of collectives and individuals; create consensus, solidarity and unanimity for the goal of stable and harmonious development, ensuring common interests between enterprises and workers.

         Attending the conference, on behalf of the employees, there were Mr. Mai Manh Dung, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee – Chairman of the Trade Union of VEAM Corporation, Mr. Nguyen Van Thuc, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee – Chairman of the Trade Union of DISOCO; On behalf of the employers, there was Mr. Nguyen Duc Tuan, Director of DISOCO. In addition, there were the Company’s Executive Board; the Trade Union Executive Board; Heads of mass organizations in the Company.

       At the conference, Director Nguyen Duc Tuan presented the Report on production and business results in 2024 and directions and tasks for 2025.

             On behalf of the Executive Committee of the Trade Union, Trade Union Chairman Nguyen Van Thuc presented a report assessing the implementation results of the Collective Labor Agreement and Labor Regulations in 2024. At the Conference, 100% of the delegates present unanimously voted to sign and extend the Collective Labor Agreement in 2024 between the two annual Conferences of Workers’ Delegates. 

The Director and Chairman of the Company’s Trade Union signed an extension of the collective labor agreement.

         On this occasion, the Company honored 06 units with the title of excellent labor collective and 14 grassroots emulation fighters; 164 advanced labor individuals and 25 advanced labor groups.

      Mr. Mai Manh Dung and Mr. Vu Xuan Thoan presented awards to the excellent labor collective.

        Mr. Nguyen Duc Tuan and Mr. Nguyen Van Thuc presented awards to grassroots emulation fighters.

       At the Conference, a vote of confidence was taken for the following leadership and management positions: Director, Deputy Director, and Chief Accountant of the Company.

             The Conference voted to pass a Resolution calling on the Company’s employees to promote the tradition of solidarity, autonomy, and creativity in work; strive to successfully complete the production and business tasks in 2025 and the tasks set out by the Conference, and strive to build Song Cong Diesel Company to develop more and more strongly.
