On the morning of June 21, 2025, Song Cong Diesel One Member Co., Ltd. held the 15th Congress of Delegates for the 2025-2030 term. Attending and directing the Congress were Comrade Pham Thi Mai Khanh, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Song Cong City Party Committee – Chairman of the Song Cong City People’s Council and 133 Party members representing 273 Party members in the entire Party Committee of the Company.

At the congress, comrade Nguyen Van Thuc, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Company, term XIV, on behalf of the Congress Presidium, presented a political report stating that during the 2020 – 2025 term, closely following the direction of the Party Committee of Song Cong City. Every year, the Party Committee of the Company is assessed by superiors as having completed its tasks well; 100% of Party cells have completed and completed their tasks well; 99.6% of Party members have completed and completed their tasks well; Party member admission exceeded the target set by the Congress Resolution with a total of 59 newly admitted Party members, equal to 3.5% (the Resolution set 3%) compared to the total number of Party members of the entire Party Committee. Regarding the leadership in implementing the production and business plan: The total output value and revenue of the following year are higher than the previous year. The income and life of officers and employees in the company are constantly improved and enhanced. The legitimate and legal rights of employees are guaranteed. Average income of workers reached 16.2 million VND/person/month.

Speaking at the Congress, Comrade Pham Thi Mai Khanh, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Song Cong City Party Committee – Chairman of the Song Cong City People’s Council, commended and highly appreciated the results and achievements that the Song Cong Diesel Company Party Committee has achieved in the 2020 – 2025 term. In the 2025 – 2030 term, she requested the Song Cong Diesel Company Party Committee to continue to effectively implement the guidelines and policies of the Party Committee at all levels; promote the study and follow of President Ho Chi Minh’s ideology, morality and style; proactively prevent, strengthen inspection and supervision to prevent corruption and negativity; focus on implementing well the work of occupational safety and hygiene, environment; care for improving working conditions and living conditions of workers; strive to complete the annual and term production and business plan targets, build a clean and strong Party Committee and political system.

The Congress agreed on the number of 11 members of the Executive Committee for the 15th term, 2025 – 2030; Elected the delegation to attend the first Congress of the Party Committee of Ba Xuyen Ward, term 2025 – 2030. At the first meeting of the Executive Committee for the 15th term, 2025 – 2030, the Standing Committee, Secretary, Deputy Secretary, Inspection Committee and Chairman of the Inspection Committee were elected.
