Implementing the plan to care for and protect the health of employees and according to Notice No. 720/TB-NS of the Human Resources Department, on October 17, 2025, Song Cong Diesel Company Limited (DISOCO) organized periodic health checks and occupational disease examinations in 2025 phase 2 for employees at the Company Hall.

The activity is coordinated with specialized medical units to assess the overall health situation of employees, early detection of occupational diseases and potential risks for timely care and treatment.

The contents of the examination include:

• Occupational silica pulmonary dust examination: Respiratory function measurement and chest X-ray;
• Occupational deafness examination: Preliminary audiometry; Complete audiometry in case of abnormal preliminary measurement results.

The entire process is organized scientifically, ensuring safety, speed and convenience for workers in workshops.

The organization of periodic health check-ups is an annual activity of DISOCO, showing the Company’s Board of Directors’ deep interest in the life and health of employees. Thereby, helping employees improve their sense of self-care, ensuring good physical fitness to complete production and business tasks.

The examination took place seriously and effectively, contributing to spreading the spirit of solidarity and building a positive working environment in the DISOCO team – where people are always considered the most valuable asset of the Company.
