On 08/10/2025, Song Cong Diesel Company (DISOCO) held a ceremony to announce the Decision to appoint the Chairman of the Board of Members (BOD) in a solemn and warm atmosphere. This is an important event, marking a new transformation in the leadership, governance and development orientation of the Company.

The ceremony was attended by leaders of Vietnam Motor and Agricultural Machinery Corporation (VEAM), representatives of the Corporation’s departments and leaders and key officials of DISOCO.

On the side of VEAM Corporation, the ceremony was honored to welcome Mr. Ngo Khai Hoan – Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Corporation; Mr. Nguyen Hoang Giang – General Director of the Corporation; Mr. Le Cong Hoang – Deputy General Director and representatives of leaders of departments.

On the side of DISOCO Company, attending the ceremony were Mr. Pham Thanh Tung – Chairman of the Board of Members; Mr. Nguyen Duc Tuan – Member of the Members’ Council, Secretary of the Party Committee, Director of the Company and all members of the Members’ Council, Supervisory Board, Executive Board, Party Committee, Heads of units and equivalent, Chairman of the Company’s Trade Union. Secretary of the company’s Youth Team.

At the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Duc Trong – Head of the Human Resources Organization Department of VEAM announced Decision No. 52/QD-HDQT dated 01/10/2025 of the Board of Directors of VEAM Corporation on the appointment of Mr. Pham Thanh Tung as Chairman of the Board of Members of DISOCO, effective 01/10/2025.

On behalf of the leaders of VEAM Corporation, Mr. Ngo Khai Hoan – Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the Board of Directors handed over the Appointment Decision, gave congratulatory flowers and delivered a speech assigning tasks to the new Chairman of the Board of Directors of DISOCO.
