Song Cong Diesel Company Limited (DISOCO) – a member of Vietnam Industrial and Power Machinery Corporation (VEAM), participated in the exhibition of socio-economic achievements on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of National Day 2/9, with booths displaying many typical products in the field of mechanical engineering.

The exhibition “80 years of the journey of Independence – Freedom – Happiness” held at the National Exhibition Center (Dong Anh, Hanoi) is a nationwide event, gathering thousands of artifacts, images and products of ministries, branches, localities and typical enterprises.

At the joint booth of VEAM, DISOCO introduced to visitors  precision casting, forging, and machining  components for the motorcycle and automobile manufacturing industry and supporting mechanical engineering fields. The products on display are a testament to the synchronous production capacity, the ability to master technology and meet the strict requirements of large domestic and foreign partners.

45 years of construction and development

On the occasion of the country’s 80th anniversary of the National Day on September 2, DISOCO has also just celebrated its 45th anniversary. From the beginning as a diesel engine factory, going through many ups and downs, up to now, DISOCO has developed into one of the leading enterprises in the field of mechanical engineering, especially in the supporting industry and export segment.

DISOCO has been supplying components and spare parts to many large partners, and at the same time participates deeply in the global supply chain. This is also a clear demonstration of VEAM’s strategic orientation in promoting joint ventures, associations, receiving and transferring technology for the production of auto and motorcycle components and spare parts, contributing to improving the localization rate according to the Government’s policy.
