On May 14, 2025, at Diesel Song Cong Company Limited (DISOCO), the Board of Members of DISOCO held a ceremony to announce and award the decision to appoint Mr. Pham Ngoc Son – Head of Production Department and Assistant Director to the position of Deputy Director of the Company.

Mr. Hoang Van Thanh – Chairman of the Board of Directors chaired the ceremony with the presence of Mr. Nguyen Duc Tuan – Director of the Company and members of the Board of Directors, Board of Supervisors (BOS), Chairman of the Trade Union; Assistant Director and Heads of units throughout the Company.

At the Ceremony, under the order of the Chairman of the Board of Directors, Mr. Nguyen Hoai Nam – Assistant to the Chairman of the Board of Directors, Head of Human Resources Department announced Decision No. 01/QD-HDTV dated May 13, 2025 of the Board of Members of DISOCO on the appointment of Mr. Pham Ngoc Son to the position of Deputy Director of DISOCO.

Speaking at the Ceremony, Mr. Hoang Van Thanh – Chairman of the Board of Directors congratulated Mr. Pham Ngoc Son on being appointed to the position of Deputy Director, and expressed his belief that in his new position, Mr. Pham Ngoc Son will continue to promote his capacity, qualities, and work experience, and together with the Board of Directors of the Company, effectively lead all production and business activities, contributing to the sustainable development of DISOCO in the new period.

Mr. Pham Ngoc Son expressed his deep gratitude to Mr. Hoang Van Thanh, the Board of Directors, the Supervisory Board, the Executive Board and all the officers and employees of the Company for their trust and assignment of new responsibilities. In his position as Deputy Director, Mr. Son pledged to always make every effort, accompany the collective leadership and employees of DISOCO to unite, be creative, and successfully implement the strategic goals set by the Company.
